Super VOBIS success at Magic Millions

In a vote of confidence for Super VOBIS, qualified yearlings for the Victorian bonus scheme averaged $128,163 at the Gold Coast Magic Millions.

Victorian based buyers accounted for 40% of the Super VOBIS yearlings that changed hands.

Top price among the 95 eligible lots was the $600,000 More Than Ready – Polaway colt purchased by Ellerslie Lodge.  He is from a stakes performed daughter of G1 Golden Slipper winner Polar Success.

The popularity of Super VOBIS has been fuelled by recent upgrades to VOBIS Gold which has received whole-hearted support from RVL, State Premier Denis Napthine and TBV.

VOBIS Gold thoroughbreds recently received exclusive entry in the VOBIS Gold Race Series and they also race for up to 350 lucrative prizemoney bonuses all year round into the fourth, fifth and even sixth year of their racing career.

The 2014 Melbourne VOBIS Gold Yearling Sale will be held at Oaklands on April 27 & 28.
