Champion homebred Miss Finland safely foaled a Street Cry filly at Arrowfield Stud on Monday morning.

The 8yo Redoute’s Choice mare was attended by Arrowfield vet Wendy Perriam.  The foal was delivered at 6.15am and is described as an attractive filly with a white blaze and a white sock on her near hind leg,

Miss Finland’s first foal, a 2YO filly by Hussonet, has been retained by her breeders John Messara, John Leaver & Alan Jones, and is currently in training with Paul Messara.  Her second foal is a yearling colt, also by Hussonet.

Miss Finland won 11 races including G1 victories in the STC Golden Slipper, VRC Oaks, VRC Australian Guineas, MRC One Thousand Guineas and STC Storm Queen Stakes.
