Second Vinery stallion sold to Asia

Vinery has sold Peace Rules (Jules) to stand at Jeju Stud in South Korea.  He will join fellow G1 winners Hawk Wing, Menifee and Volponi at the KRA controlled farm.

Earlier this week, Vinery announced Alke had been sold to Sawangjai Farms in Thailand.  Alke (Grand Slam) was a G3 winner of G3 Deputy Minister Handicap at Gulfstream Park and, like Peace Rules, was a member of Vinery’s Florida based roster.

Peace Rules, whose oldest progeny are three year-olds, has sired the stakes winners Trifecta King, Peace Town and Izzy Rules.  He was trained by Bobby Frankel to score 9 wins in 19 starts which included G1 victories in the Haskell Invitational, Blue Grass Stakes and Suburban Handicap.

Vinery Australia has also reported the recently retired Group 1 winning mare Bel Mer has been covered by More Than Ready.
