Australia will not be represented at the Hong Kong International meeting in December after top-class sprinter Atomic Force was overlooked for an invitation.

Atomic Force (6g Danehill Dancer – Show Of Force by Luskin Star) is raced by Dynamic Syndications and he is a Group 1 winner of The Galaxy at Randwick.

Dynamic manager Dean Watt bought him for $50,000 from the Raheen Stud draft at the 2007 Gold Coast Magic Millions yearling sale.  His bank balance now tops $716,300.

“To miss out at the 11th hour is disappointing,” Watt said.  “Especially as the HKJC committee haven’t invited a sprinter from the southern hemisphere.

“It’s puzzling at a time when Australian sprinters are world class.  The results of previous international sprints statistically speak for themselves, too.”
