Ballarat’s inaugural Clockwise Classic winner I’m Too Sexy leads the first order of entry released by Racing Queensland for next month’s $2 million Jeep Magic Millions 2YO Classic.
I’m Too Sexy (2f Reaan – Duchess Cara by Quest for Fame) is trained by Mark Riley has already clinched a start in Queensland’s richest race after banking $122,000 for the three length victory. She was a $30,000 buy from Summerset Park Stud at the 2012 Adelaide Magic Millions.
A pair of Gai Waterhourse trained Sydney winners are next on the table – Sweet Idea ($65,500) and Breeders’ Plate winner Whittington ($60,000).
Last Saturday’s Flemington winner Change of Honour ($57,000) is next ahead of Clockwise Classic runner up and proven winner Ticket to Toorak ($54,000).
Sydney winners Assail, Certitude and Champagne Catch are equal sixth in the order of entry for the Classic having all earned $48,750 (less bonuses) from their respective Sydney victories.
Melbourne stakes performer Purrific ($43,200) and Saturday’s Brisbane winner Choose a Saga ($43,000) round out the top ten. Races in Brisbane and Sydney on Saturday will further shape the order of entry as the race for a place in the 16 horse field intensifies.
