Hallmark Stud snares Super Easy

Singapore star Super Easy has a new home at Hallmark Stud and will become the first son of Darci Brahma to stand in New Zealand.

Hallmark acted quickly to secure Super Easy who ruptured a suspensory during his win in the G1 Patron’s Bowl two weeks ago.

Super Easy had one win in three New Zealand outings for John Sargent before dominating Singapore racing in the care of Michael Freedman with 15 wins from 23 starts.

Studmaster Mark Baker said Hallmark was already syndicating Super Easy with interest high among leading breeders.  “Were extremely excited to have snared him in the face of hot competition,” Baker said.   “And it’s great to have the first son of Darci Brahma to go to stud.

“We have some very prominent New Zealand breeders already on board.  We remember him as a yearling at Karaka and he was an outstanding individual who we’ve tracked ever since.”

Darci Brahma got him from Gold Brose mare Parfore who is also the dam of Australian stakes winners Tiger Tees and Our Lucas.

Super Easy will stand at Hallmark Stud for $7,500 (+ gst).
