Dream Ahead heads roster at Emirates Park

Emirates Park has announced G1 Prix de la Foret winner Dream Ahead will stand at $27,500 for his first season in the Hunter Valley this year.

The Diktat stallion will shuttle to Emirates after completing his first northern hemisphere season at Ballylinch Stud in Ireland.

Apart from his G1 victory over Goldikova at Longchamp, Dream Ahead also won at the elite level in the Middle Park Stakes and July Cup at Newmarket, Prix Morny at Deauville and Sprint Cup at Haydock.

Emirates CEO Trevor Lobb predicted Australasian broodmare owners will not be disappointed with Dream Ahead.  “He’s a magnificent individual standing 16.2 hands with an incredibly relaxed manner,” he said.  “And we shouldn’t forget that he was also the equal top-rated English two year-old in 2010 with none other than Frankel.”
