Former Coolmore Stud shuttler Aussie Rules will transfer to Lanwades Stud in 2012.

Aussie Rules (Danehill) was a Group 1 winner of the French 2000 Guineas and Shadwell Turf Mile at Keeneland.

Aussie Rules has sired seven stakes winners from just two crops of racing age in the northern hemisphere but he came up well short of that mark in Australia.

He failed to sire a locally bred two year-old winner in 2010-11.  There have been 12 first crop runners to date and his only winner so far has been Kabiddi who scored at Warwick Farm in August.

Coolmore chose not to send Aussie Rules to its Hunter Valley base this year.
